1. Collected information will be used for two purposes:
   • to process your requested purchase (payment and shipment of product).
   • to expand our Communications Database (excludes payment information) so that we may provide you with electronic updates such as The Network newsletter. If you do not wish to be added to our Communications Database, please make your intentions known by placing an "x" in the box on the order form.
   
   
2. Collected information (excluding payment information) will be stored in our Communications Database until such time as you request that we update or remove your information.

   Electronic payment information (such as credit card details) are stored long enough to process your requested purchase. Once a purchase had been approved and competed, all electronic payment information will be deleted from our database. A paper copy receipt will be kept on file for audit purposes.

3. Collected information will be accessible to officers and employees of The Network Administrative Centre who require access to the information in the performance of their legitimate duties.
