Biography: I am the newest member to the cllrnet team. Most recently, I completed a 3-year contract with the School of Dentistry in the Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry as the Administrative Officer. Altogether, I have worked with the University as an Administrative Officer in various departments for over 10 years. Prior to my tenure with the University, I was an Ambulatory Care Manager at St. Joseph's Health Care. In 1994, I obtained my C.I.M. designation from the Richard Ivey School of Business. At this time I am a part time student with UWO continuing my Bachelor in Social Science. When I am not working I like to spend time with my family, I have two grown daughters, and various wonderful friends. I like to take walks (with or without my dog), play golf, work in my garden and in the past year I have taken a stained glass course and thoroughly enjoyed it. Several times a year I volunteer my time as a local area advisory committee member for the Ontario Breast Screening Program. It is a pleasure to be a part of such a wonderful and exciting endeavor like the Canadian Language & Literacy Research Network. |
