Call for Papers for Special Issue of the Journal of Research in Reading

Call for papers for forthcoming special issue of the Journal of Research in Reading 'Prosodic Sensitivity and Reading Development'

Guest Editor: Lesly Wade-Woolley, Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
Lesly Wade-Woolley is a Canadian Language and Literacy Research Network Project Leader and Chair of The Network's Highly Qualified Personnel Committee.

The Journal invites submissions of articles to be considered for publication in a forthcoming special issue of the Journal entitled 'Prosodic Sensitivity & Reading Development'.

In this special issue, scheduled for publication in the autumn of 2006, theoretical and review articles are welcome as well as reports of empirical studies. Articles need not be confined to studies with children. For guidelines on preparing and submitting articles, see the JRR entry at http://www.blackwellpublishing.com .

The closing date for receipt of first drafts of papers for this special issue is 30 November 2005. Authors will then receive feedback from the editors, with an expected deadline for submission of final versions by 1 April 2006. All papers will be subject to the normal peer review process of the Journal. Please submit papers for this special issue to:
