Nominating Committee
Objectives
The Nominating Committee (NC) ensures that the elections to the Board of Directors are conducted in accordance with the Corporation's Operating By-law.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Nominating Committee facilitates the work of the Network through activities which include:
- Recommending to the Board of Directors and the Members the names of persons who might be invited to fill vacancies on the Board.
- Considering other issues relating to the membership of the Board of Directors and to make recommendations to the Board of Directors on such issues.
- Considering any other matters referred to the Committee by the Board of Directors.
