1. ) Where is the 3rd Annual Network Conference being held? [TOC]
The conference program will be held at the Delta Centre-Ville Hotel. Address and contact information is provided below.
2. ) Who should attend the conference? [TOC]
The Network is covering all travel and accommodation expenses for two people to attend from each Network project. One of these should be the Project Leader, but if they are not able to attend they may send another member of the Project Team.

4. ) Will I receive confirmation when I register online? [TOC]
Yes, all delegates that have registered online should have received a confirmation. If you did not receive a confirmation please contact Jaime Boss directly at 613-241-9333.
5. ) What is the registration deadline? [TOC]
Registration is steady and we have a maximum capacity of 175 people. Please register soon to ensure your space at the conference. Online registration will close June 10, 2021.
6. ) May I attend only one day of the conference? [TOC]
Yes. If you are only able to attend one day of the conference, please ensure that you indicate so on the online registration form.
7. ) Can I simply walk in on the morning of the conference itself? [TOC]
No. You must register online even if you don’t require accommodation, since we must account for meals, room space etc.
8. ) What is the cancellation policy? [TOC]
If you have registered for the conference and must cancel, please notify GPI as soon as possible. You will find the contact information for GPI below.
9. ) Who is GPI and how do I contact them? [TOC]

10. ) Where do I stay and what are the room rates? [TOC]
The host hotel is the Delta Centre-Ville. Your hotel room requirements must be received no later than May 14, 2021, to reserve at the special conference rate of $180.00.
11. ) How do I make hotel reservations? [TOC]
Please visit Hotel Reservations to complete your hotel reservation request. If your hotel accommodations are NOT sponsored by The Network you will need to guarantee your reservation with a credit card. Please visit Credit Card Authorization to access a Credit Card Authorization form.
12. ) What is the deadline for submitting posters to be presented at the annual conference? [TOC]
There are two poster deadlines:
1. Poster abstracts must be submitted before June 4, 2021. Abstracts recieved after this date will not appear in the Poster Listing which will be provided in the conference welcome kits.
2. Completed posters must be submitted before June 4, 2021.

13. ) Where do I register when I arrive? [TOC]
The registration desk will be located on Floor C (second floor below lobby) in the foyer of Régence C. Hours for the registration desk are as follows: Wednesday June 16, 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.; Thursday June 17, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Friday June 18, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; and Saturday June 19, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
14. ) Where/When do I set-up my poster? [TOC]

15. ) What if I need to change my abstract after it has been submitted? [TOC]
Abstracts for posters can be changed online in the poster registration system, located at Conference/Posters.
***Abstracts changed after June 4, 2021 may not be reflected in the conference program.***
