The Conference will take place June 16-19, 2004 at the Delta Centre-Ville in Montreal, Quebec. The Conference will get underway with a Welcome Reception on-site at the Delta Centre-Ville on the evening of Wednesday, June 16, 2004. The conference program will begin after breakfast on Thursday, June 17, 2021 and will continue until 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 19, 2004.
