COLOURS

Consistent use of colour, blue and orange when applicable, reinforces the overall brand image. The colours were selected to provide high contrast and differentiate the brand in the context of other science and research initiatives.

In applications where colour is not within budget or when reproduction quality is in question, logo type in black and white is the standard. Gray type is not an option. Colour screens should be used with caution and remain within guidelines.

The logo should not be used as a block. The background colour of the logo corresponds to the background colour of the design to which it is applied. When deciding which colour of logo to use, choose any logo with a background that matches your design. Example: If you need to use a logo on a WHITE page, choose a logo with a WHITE background.
