Biography: Ann Sutton is an assistant professor at the École d'orthophonie et d'audiologie of the Université de Montréal and a researcher at the Centre de recherche of Hôpital Sainte-Justine. Research interests include typical language development in French-speaking children and a variety of issues related to Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). |
The language and culture of my heritage is passed on to me orally. it's a different way off learning than how I am taught at school. How do I keep my traditional culture alive while learning to read and being immersed in the majority culture?
