CLLRNet’s first Annual General Conference is being held in our nation’s capital, Ottawa. The reception will be held at the Museum of Civilization, and the remainder of the conference will be held at the Ottawa Marriott.
2.) Who should attend the conference?

CLLRNet is covering all travel and accommodation expenses for two people to attend from each Network project. One of these should be the Project Leader, but if they are not able to attend they may send another member of the Project Team.
3.) How do I register?

You can register online at http://www.cllrnet.ca/en/news/agm/registration/. If you are a Network researcher, research staff or student, you must have updated your CLLRNet online profile to be able to register. If you have not updated your profile, you will receive a message telling you how to do so.
4.) Will I receive confirmation when I register online?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation of your online registration. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact katy@cllrnet.ca
5.) What is the registration deadline?

Registration is steady and we have a maximum capacity of 200 people. Please register soon to ensure your space at the conference.
6.) May I attend only one day of the conference? [TOC]
Yes. If you are only able to attend one day of the conference, please ensure that you indicate so on the online registration form.
7.) Can I simply walk in on the morning of the conference itself? [TOC]
No. You must register online even if you don’t require accommodation, since we must account for meals, room space etc.
8.) What is the cancellation policy? [TOC]
If you have registered for the conference and must cancel, please notify GPI as soon as possible. You will find the contact information for GPI above.

The conference is being held at the Ottawa Marriott. Please book your reservation through GPI. **Your hotel room requirements must be received no later than April 2, 2002, to reserve at the special conference rate of $139.00. **

When you arrive at the Ottawa Marriott, you can register for the conference at the Alta Vista Salon. Registration will be open from noon on Thursday May 2nd. GPI (our conference planners) will be available in the Alta Vista Salon to get you registered and answer any questions you may have.
