Welcome to Dialogue, Issue 1, from the Canadian Language and Literacy Research Network. As 2002 begins, it's important to share with the team a brief electronic update. In our first nine months of life we've been setting up shop, forming research teams, building Network collabarations, crossing the T's and dotting the I's, and figuring out the best way to talk to you and our outside audiences.

The Canadian Language and Literacy Research Network will forever be evolving but its main purpose remains to generate, integrate and disseminate scientific research and knowledge to improve and sustain children's language and literacy development in Canada. Thanks for contributing to our Network.
