Reporting for the 2001-2002 Project Progress Report for The Network is now underway and consists of a two-page summary and a budget summary.

The reporting process has been designed to obtain the information that The Network\'s Research Management Committee and External Scientific Review Board needs to review each project fairly and make the appropriate recommendations to the Canadian Language and Literacy Research Network Board of Directors.

Please note that funding awarded for 2001-2002 was for 15 months, and therefore funds available for renewal will be 80% of last year\'s allocation. Awards of over $20,000 will be paid in quarterly installments, in line with the granting council\'s payment to The Network.

The deadline for submitting the Progress Report to the Administrative Centre is Friday, August 23, 2002. Please submit an electronic version of your report via e-mail to research@cllrnet.ca.
